Homeless Advocate and Nominated Citizen of the Year in 2013 by the Temecula Chamber of Commerce. 20 year licensed Real Estate Agent, mother of two, and a woman who said “YES” to God’s calling on her life.

30+ year business owner in the Temecula Valley. A youth sports league coach and mentor for many years. A supporter of many local charities and church sponsored activities.

Lisa has been with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department for 24 years. She is currently the Chief of Police for The City of Temecula. During her tenure at the sheriff’s department, she has been a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, a Public Information Officer, and taught Crisis Negotiations and Crisis Intervention at the training academy. She has served as the Vice President of the California Association of Hostage Negotiators, and serves as a board member of Project T.O.U.C.H.

Jeff Kurtz is the General Manager at Promenade Temecula. He also acts as point person in representing ownership as a community stakeholder within the City of Temecula and the greater Temecula Valley.
Jeff brings over 25 years of commercial real estate management experience to Project TOUCH, and has led multiple successful development and redevelopment projects on the ground during his tenure.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, VTV Visit Temecula Valley tourism Board, and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County. He also has served on the Blue Ribbon Committee which developed the Quality of Life Master Plan for the City of Temecula. Jeff now sits on leadership committees alongside such notable dignitaries as State Senator Jeff Stone, Riverside County Supervisor Chuck Washington and City Manager Aaron Adams.

Sam Yoo has lived in Temecula/Murrieta for over 47 years. He currently resides in Murrieta with his wife, Alice and two boys, Parker (13) and Logan (11) and is Vice President of Ranpac Inc (Residential Real Estate Development), Ranpac Self Storage (Owner and Operator of Self Storage) and Trans-Pacific Consultants (Property Management) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
His community involvement has included being on the Board of Directors for the Menifee Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of the Valley Group, Dean's Advisory Council for the UCR School of Business, President of the Temescal Heritage Foundation, Chair of the Temescal Faire Committee, Winchester Land Use Committee and the Development Committee for Project Touch.
He also enjoys spending time with his family travelling, skiing, golfing, tennis, fishing, camping and hiking.

Je’Anna has been a volunteer at Project T.O.U.C.H. since 2022 and a Board Member since 2025. In addition to volunteering, Je’ has been working since the late 1990’s for the same company as a Scientific Account Manager – “Helping Scientists Solve Their Toughest Challenges”. Je’ also has a law degree and is currently pursuing Christian Ministry at Calvary Chapel Bible College. Je’ enjoys spending time with her family and she and her husband Shawn attend and serve at Cornerstone Church in Wildomar. Je’ also has three bunnies named Shepherd, Mary & Mordecai. One of Je’s favorite Bible passages is Matthew 25:40.
