Lisa has been with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department for 24 years. She is currently the Chief of Police for The City of Temecula. During her tenure at the sheriff’s department, she has been a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, a Public Information Officer, and taught Crisis Negotiations and Crisis Intervention at the training academy. She has served as the Vice President of the California Association of Hostage Negotiators, and serves as a board member of Project T.O.U.C.H.
As a Retired Vice President, Strategic Planning at Xerox Corporation, Jim brings a great knowledge of organization and procedures to the Board of Directors for Project TOUCH. He is currently involved with many outreach programs and Men’s Groups in the Temecula Valley to help support the lives of those in ministry.
Jeff Kurtz is the General Manager at Promenade Temecula. He also acts as point person in representing ownership as a community stakeholder within the City of Temecula and the greater Temecula Valley.
Jeff brings over 25 years of commercial real estate management experience to Project TOUCH, and has led multiple successful development and redevelopment projects on the ground during his tenure.
Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, VTV Visit Temecula Valley tourism Board, and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest County. He also has served on the Blue Ribbon Committee which developed the Quality of Life Master Plan for the City of Temecula. Jeff now sits on leadership committees alongside such notable dignitaries as State Senator Jeff Stone, Riverside County Supervisor Chuck Washington and City Manager Aaron Adams.
